Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Welcome to Shreenathji Enterprise. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of industrial safety equipment and related products from our store. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. Order Policy

Orders can be placed via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person at our Surat store. For bulk orders exceeding ₹50,000, we recommend contacting us for custom quotation. Stock availability is subject to confirmation. Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email after payment confirmation.


2. Cancellation & Return Policy

  • Cancellation before dispatch: Full refund after deducting processing charges (5%)
  • Damaged products: Free replacement within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof
  • Wrong product delivered: Free replacement or full refund within 7 days
  • Manufacturing defects: Return/replacement as per manufacturer warranty terms
  • Non-returnable: Opened PPE kits, disposable items, custom-made products

All returns must be in original packaging with tags intact. Return shipping for non-defective items is customer's responsibility.


3. Product Information

All safety equipment sold comes with proper certifications (ISI/ISO) where applicable. Product images are for reference; actual products may vary slightly in appearance. We guarantee authenticity and quality of all products. Technical specifications provided are as per manufacturer data sheets.


4. Pricing & Stock

Prices are subject to change without notice. Bulk order discounts are available on request. Stock availability may vary for certain products. Out-of-stock items can be arranged within 3-5 working days. Special import items may take 2-3 weeks for delivery.


5. Payment Terms

For retail orders: Full payment at the time of purchase. For bulk orders: 50% advance payment, balance before dispatch. Accepted methods: Cash, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, NEFT/RTGS, and Cheque (for corporate clients). GST applicable as per government regulations at 18% on all products. Proper GST invoice provided for all purchases.


6. Quality Standards

All products undergo quality checks before dispatch. We only source from authorized manufacturers and distributors. ISI/ISO certified products come with proper documentation. In case of quality issues, free replacement provided within warranty period as per manufacturer terms.


7. Delivery Terms

Surat city delivery: Same-day or next-day for stock items. Gujarat delivery: 2-3 working days. Pan-India delivery: 3-5 working days via courier. Bulk orders may require additional preparation time. Delivery charges apply as per location and order value. Free delivery for orders above ₹10,000 within Surat city.


8. Customer Obligations

  • Inspect products upon delivery and report damages within 24 hours
  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
  • Ensure someone is available to receive delivery
  • Use safety equipment as per manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain products properly for warranty coverage
  • Report any safety concerns or defects immediately

9. Warranty & Liability

Products carry manufacturer warranty ranging from 3-12 months as specified. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not wear and tear or misuse. We're not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from improper use of safety equipment. Customers must follow safety guidelines and training requirements.


10. Force Majeure

Not liable for delivery delays due to natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly. Refunds subject to case-by-case evaluation for force majeure situations.


11. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated via website updates. Continued purchases indicate acceptance of updated terms.


12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
